Introduction to Yoga Trapeze – Thursday at 7:30 PM – Drop-In Class

Yoga Trapeze is a multifunctional form of yoga working on functional strength such as pushing, holding and pulling. It is also used for spinal traction and passive backbends. The functional pulling and grip strength involved in Yoga Trapeze is what makes this activity a truly comprehensive fitness modality. Some of the many benefits of Yoga Trapeze are:
